We build awareness to obtain the best applicants using multiple channels including employee referrals, social media posts, online job postinings and job fairs.
We'll sort through the applications and then screen the qualified candidates. Depending on the job requirements, we may ask candidates to take a skills assessment before moving them on to the first interview.
We’ll interview the candidates using an agreed upon list of questions. All interviews are recorded for our clients to review.
After reviewing the interview recordings and candidate resumes, you'll select the best candidates to interview.
We conduct a thorough background check which includes police report, arrest record, previous employment verification and migratory report.
After the candidate has cleared the background check process, we'll work on getting their contract signed.
Every new hire goes through an on-boarding presentation which covers everything from security awareness, company policies and procedures.New Hires are then assigned a secure workstation.
Payroll is proccessed bi-monthly (on the 15th or the last business day before the 15th and the last business day of the month). We help you keep track of their time and attendance to ensure you are only paying what you owe.
After an employee is hired, our HR team will conduct periodic check ins with your team after 30 and 60 days of employment and then once every quarter there after.
We conduct E-Sats every 6 months and share our findings with our clients along with recommendations on how to improve the employee experience.
